SALT SESSION OPTIONS

As with all natural therapies, consistency is required to achieve best results and due to varying degrees of congestion, tightness, and inflammation, it varies from client to client.

You may feel some improvement after a single session, but a series of treatments is highly recommended to achieve the best results.  For some people, year-round halotherapy sessions are a wise preventative health strategy.

There are no limits on the number of sessions one can take as the extremely small size of the salt particles and the relatively low amount of salt inhaled poses no health risk. Clients repose in comfortable lounge chairs, and diffused lighting and ambient music helps create a soothing environment.

No special attire is required but we do ask shoes be removed before entering the salt room.
